The Healing Studio and Casey’s policies are as follows: Upon any payment received by Casey (class, private session, gift card, bundle and/or package) you are agreeing to all The Healing Studio’s policies:

1. All clients/students or visitors must respect the no shoe policy.

2. Face masks are strictly prohibited, as they inhibit healthy breathing needed to enter the state of meditation.

3. If you are sick or feeling sick please cancel your session or class spot.

4. All clients/students or visitors are expected to hold themselves to the standard of conduct and behavior of respect, honesty and honoring all boundaries and policies in place.

5. Cancelations before 24 hours will be fully refunded. Cancellations in the 24 hour window will be charged $75 and refund the remainder. Cancelations under an hour will not be refunded. Multiple cancellations may result in a larger fee or no refund at all, based on case to case.

6. Casey has the right to refuse any clients for any reason- WITH NO REFUNDS. Casey will terminate a session or package session if she ever feels uncomfortable or in any danger.

7. Any sexual harassment or disrespect will be dealt with immediately and seriously, reporting to the relevant authorities. Inappropriate and sexualized comments, noises or behavior towards Casey or any other students in class will result in forfeit of any future sessions and pre-existing packages. No exceptions, this means NO REFUNDS.

The Healing studio is an oasis and safe place for many people in the community including myself, these policies ensure it to stay that way.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you can rebook using the “gift card” option to reschedule. If cancelled after 24 hours, a fee will be taken.
