Self Care Yoga with Massage Therapy Balls & Sound Healing
This is a gentle yoga class utilizing massage balls in order to support and care for our precious bodies. Each week we work with different muscle groups and areas of the body. I ask where students are needing to massage into and work on, and cater to nourishing those areas with yoga, massage balls, and sound healing instruments. Wonderful for sore bodies, stress and tension held in the body, and fascia release. Prenatal and postpartum friendly!
This 1 hour and 15 minute class has yoga mats and props provided. (You may bring our own mat!)

The Healing Studio's kids yoga is a unique class for 8-11 year old girls on Fridays from 3:30pm-4:30pm. Combining yoga asana, imaginative meditation, gymnastics, and breath work. It's a beautiful way for your daughter to create respect and love for her body, spirit, and soul.
