Dating 101 is the next step after you’ve met your inner child and dealt with your residual codependency patterns (completing at least a six month stent of being single and not dating- no sex) and are ready to date again. This session holds in on the inner strength, value, and worth that you’ve built. We build onto the self-respect and responsibility you’ve created and date while honoring of your body, spirit, and soul. Together, we set guidelines and boundaries around dating that feel good for you. I guide you along your journey with your new and aligned perspective and believes. Together, we learn how to integrate all of this into your dating life and make sure that your actions and mindset stay on track with what you want now and in the future.
